Shipping policy
i appreciate you for choosing madebyaldie to purchase your custom cups! i'm honored to make your customized & personal cup & would like to make your shopping experience quick & and smooth. please carefully read my shipping policy.
- processing time: due to all orders being custom made, processing time may vary. please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. you will be notified when your order is shipped.
- shipping methods & speed: for now, i'm only shipping through USPS. however, i offer different shipping speeds like priority, standard, etc. at checkout, you can pick your preferred shipping speed. shipping fees will be calculated based on your destination & your chosen shipping speed. orders over $75 will get free shipping!
- reshipment: if your package gets sent back to me, the shipping fee to reship will be needed in order to get your package reshipped.
- order tracking: when your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information & you can use it to track the status of your package.
- delivery times: delivery times will vary based on your location & shipping speed you chose at checkout. i value meeting the estimated delivery date, but please note that there can be unexpected delays that are out of my control.
