Refund policy
thank you so much for shopping my small business! i value the customization of each product to make sure it's tailored to your personal style. please carefully read my return & refund policy.
- custom orders: due to the products being customized, all sales are final. i do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on the products once they have been customized.
- damaged items: all shipments are insured by USPS so they are responsible for reimbursing any damages. if your product arrived damaged, file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. please keep all the packaging & the damaged product until the claim is fully processed. you are required to give clear photos of the damaged package &/or product when filing the claim.
- order issues: returns & refunds will only apply if the issue occurred when the package is initially opened. if your product is already in use, it will not be exchanged nor refunded. if you have an issue with your order, please email me at madebyaldie@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. i will try my best to resolve the issue as soon as i can.
